what are we looking for?

Adult leaders to help care for our SSM Worship bands. The leaders must LOVE JESUS, LIKE TEENAGERS, and HAVE A HEART FOR teaching, developing, and empowering students on a weekly basis.

What do leaders do?

Our goal is to have two adult leaders per team of student musicians. One adult leader within a team will be focused on growing students as musicians, while the other leader will focus on caring for the students and helping behind the scenes.

What are the age requirements?

Junior High and High School Bands: 1 year out of high school and up

What is the commitment?

Lead for the FULL school year

WEEKLY - Shepherd and communicate with the students

MONTHLY - Oversee and run rehearsals, services, and team hangs

QUARTERLY - Attend SSM + Adult Worship Events (Camps, Team Night, Night of Worship, etc.)

YEARLY - Help with student auditions and creating each team
